W artykule omówiono koncepcję motywacji w organizacji. Głównym celem przeprowadzonych badań jest zdefiniowanie stanu motywacji w organizacji oraz wpływ motywacji pracowników na rozwój organizacji. Ankieta została wykorzystana jako rodzaj badań. Badanie dotyczyło działu administracji danej organizacji. Tematyka pracy koncentruje się na zagadnieniach związanych z motywacją w rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa. Dobrze wyszkoleni dyrektorzy potrafią wykorzystać potencjał intelektualny pracownika, aby osiągnąć cele niezbędne do sukcesu firmy. Zwrócono uwagę na ważną rolę motywacji w zarządzaniu organizacją. Wyniki były zaskakujące.

The article discusses the concept of motivation in the organization. The main goal of the research is to define the state of motivation in the organization and the impact of employee motivation on the development of the organization. The questionnaire was used as a type of research. The research concerned the administration department of a certain organization. The subject of the thesis focuses on issues related to motivation in enterprise development. Well-trained executives are able to take an advantage of employee’s intellectual potential to achieve goals required for the company to be successful. The important role of the motivation in managing the organization. The consequence were surprising.
